Cupcake wrappers Free Pattern svg

I need cupcake wrappers for a party coming up. I saw patterns online that you have to buy. No way am I paying for something I can make and then share with you for free. :)
 

You need to cut these at about 9" as shown in the picture. I cut them already and they worked out for me.         
                                                                          
You could add a name or an image in there to be cut into the wrapper too. Just weld it on.
